Job Overview

Job context:

We’re looking for Application support engineers, who can Monitor and provide support for our international offices on Azure platform applications. It’s a 24 x 7 Process oriented, SOPs to resolve user problems, as well as to prepare, launch, troubleshoot campaigns and report

 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
 1 to 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Required At least 1 to 4 years of Digital Application support experience.
 Fresh Graduates with Strong development knowledge are encouraged to apply.
 Experience of understanding customers, managing incidents and meeting business expectations.
 Experience or knowledge in Service Now or Other ITSM ticketing System required.
