Job context:
We’re looking for Application support engineers, who can Monitor and provide support for our international offices on Azure platform applications. It’s a 24 x 7 Process oriented, SOPs to resolve user problems, as well as to prepare, launch, troubleshoot campaigns and report
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
1 to 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required At least 1 to 4 years of Digital Application support experience.
Fresh Graduates with Strong development knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Experience of understanding customers, managing incidents and meeting business expectations.
Experience or knowledge in Service Now or Other ITSM ticketing System required.
