Job Overview

1) Products Sample Management – follow up incoming product sample, record sample movement (in and out), repacking of product sample to smaller packing and arrange delivery (courier service) to customer.

2) Ensure Sample room clean and tidy.

3) Acknowledge customer PO, check stock availability, escalate to Sales team for any supply risk that require further decision.

4) Create Sales Order in system and plan for delivery according to the require delivery date. Communicate with customer for PO without expected delivery date or require to call before delivery.

5) Highlight to Sales team/ Management in advance for any delay and request for further decision or solution before provide update to customer.

6) Prepare Quotation to customer requested by Sales team.

7) Prepare picking list, Delivery Note and other delivery documents (COA, label, etc), Pro-forma Invoice and Tax Invoices.

8) Liaise with transporter for the delivery arrangement.

9) Check and verify transporter/ courier invoices to ensure accuracy before submit it to Finance for payment process.

10) Final goods verification (item description, batch number, etc) for the goods picked by warehouse before loaded it to the transporter lorry.
